Stephen Schuler, Managing Director, has worked in the industry for 25+ years with experience in both the on premise channel as an operator of restaurants, from casual and fine dining as well as bars and nightclubs, and also the off premise channel overseeing one of the largest and longest established retail operations in NYC. He has held positions on sales teams and in management for various distribution and supply organizations prior to founding Proof Positive Beverages in 2011. The all-around operational experience in and understanding of every aspect of the food and beverage industry gives Proof Positive Beverages a unique perspective and ability to help fill the needs of all levels of clients from brands to establishments and consumers alike.
